At Ātmaya, our approach integrates the ancient Tao wisdom as taught by Dr. & Master Zhi Gang Sha with the revelations of quantum science, revealing that everything, all of us, all phenomena, are deeply interconnected at the frequency and information level.

The Root Cause of Suffering

In Master Sha's teachings, every challenge in life,  whether related to physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, finances, or business — is seen as a form of “sickness.”

But what is sickness?

Sickness is negative information or a distorted message in the field of soul, heart, mind, energy, and matter.
When our thoughts, words, or actions carry negative messages, these messages first imprint upon the soul.
They then flow to the heart (creating emotional pain or heart blockages), to the mind (creating confusion or limiting beliefs), and ultimately manifest in energy and matter (as physical illness, life struggles, or blockages in our external world).

This understanding is grounded in the Universal Law of Shen Qi Jing, Soul → Heart → Mind → Energy (Qi) → Matter (Jing), the universal law of creation and transformation.
